A mixture of weights and cardio to get both your muscles and your heart pumping. A combination of light weight and body weight exercises to get a full body workout.

A blend of basic yoga poses and deep stretching. Yoga balance promotes recovery, flexibility and relaxation. We will focus on building strength over the forthcoming weeks. We look forward to seeing you there and hope you enjoy.
Come and join Sophie on sunday morning for something different. Bored of the same movements and bodyweight exercises? Always fancied something more but never knew where to start? Our strength circuit incorporates the wide range of exercises and strength implements to increase your speed and static strength whilst gaining technical experience in the varying and often bizarre events used in strength competitions.

Brandon has been training for a little over 7 years and a competitive powerlifter for the last 3 years in the u83kg class.
He recently graduated from the University of Hull with a degree in sports rehabilitation and has been coaching for the last 6 years.
This has given him a unique understanding of the body and what to do in case of pain or injury but also the competitive side of strength sports and loves helping others to compete to their highest standard.
Brandon will be in house for appointments or walk ins on Saturdays from 12pm however booking is preferrable. Feel free to get in touch to discuss your requirements and other appointment times
